In response to the environmental challenges posed by pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, Ship & Shore Environmental undertook a comprehensive project to design and deploy a sophisticated emission control system for a prominent facility in North Carolina.

The solution encompassed a 15,000 SCFM Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO), an Acid Scrubber System, and a Quencher, forming a unique combined system tailored to the facility’s specific needs. A state-of-the-art control panel facilitated seamless communication between the various units, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Additionally, meticulous engineering included ductwork to connect the RTO to the Quencher, enhancing overall system effectiveness. With the integration of a VOC Collection System, the facility benefits from an added guarantee of cleaner emissions and reduced pollution. Ship & Shore Environmental managed every aspect of the project, from initial design and engineering to fabrication, installation, and startup, showcasing our commitment to delivering turnkey emission control solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.
